Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges! All sales are final. 

Any piece that is damaged within 30 days of purchase will always be repaired or replaced free of charge. After that, pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on how much work needs to be done and the material cost for any components that need to be replaced.
