Hematite

Hematite is a crystal made of iron oxide. The stone often looks like it is metallic because of the iron content and the shine that comes with that. Hematite means ‘blood stone’, and it’s spiritual meaning is to bring balance to both the etheric body and the physical body. Due to its magnetic nature and our ying-yang energies, it’s nature is to bring us back to equilibrium.
