Serpentine/New Jade

New jade, despite its name, is not actual jade; it is part of the serpentine subgroup. Its colour can vary from yellow to dark green and is widely found around the world including Great Britain, South Africa, Brazil and the USA. Metaphysically, Serpentine/New Jade is thought to assist to soothe the emotional body, and releases fear of change and hardship. As such, it is thought to help us to look to the future with a positive outlook.
