Collection: Vanadinite
Vanadinite is a rare member of the Apatite family, combining lead, vanadium, oxygen, and chlorine. Vanadinite is formed as a secondary mineral in desert lead deposits often associated with mimetite and pyromorphite. Vanadinite most often forms as simple hexagonal prisms of modest size as very attractive bright red to orange-red color crystals. Vanadinite is a stone known for facilitating and expanding the mental process while also promoting action and production. This stone activates the lower three chakras, giving one the enhanced focus and determination to see long sought out projects come to completion.
